Struct-Con Construction Ltd. was founded by Mohamad Shariati and Jim Strickland, to create a dedicated team combining 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
1995
Struct-Con Construction opened its Head Office in Brampton, Ontario and has become a recognized mid-sized General Contracting Firm operating in the Institutional, Commercial, Industrial Sector of the construction industry having completed over 100 projects, ranging from $300,000 to $18,000,000.
As the Principal-in-Charge of all projects, Mr. Shariati is responsible for overall project administration, policy decisions, tendering, negotiating, and administration of all construction projects.
Mr. Strickland, as Project Manager, is responsible for all day-to-day construction activities at all sites and administration of all construction contracts.
Mr Shariati and Mr Strickland lead a knowledgeable and dedicated project management team for each project to ensure that all Client expectations are met, if not exceeded.
