    Struct-Con completed interior and exterior renovations to the school.

    Wilfrid Laurier University- Dean of Science Expansion

    Struct-Con completed interior finishes, new walls, administration centre and student area.

    Greater Fort Erie Secondary School

    Completed: September 2017

    Price: $23M

    Struct-Con completed construction of a two storey masonry steel and brick school, approximately 95,000 square foot.

    Fraser Mustard Early Learning Academy

    Completed: May 31, 2013

    Price: $22M

    Struct-Con completed the new construction of a fully functioning, three storey school. It was approximately 80,000 square foot school. This project achieved LEED Silver certification.

    Fairlawn Public School

    Completed: October 25, 2013

    Price: $10M

    Struct-Con successfully completed the new construction of the 80,000 square foot school.

    Bialik Hebrew Day School

    Completed: August 7, 2013

    Price: $5M

    Struct-Con completed construction of a day school in Vaughan. The building is one storey and approximately 16,700 square feet. This included site work and landscaping.

    Blessed Pier Fiorgio Frassati Catholic School

    The construction of a new elementary school for the Toronto Catholic District School Board.

    Claireville Public School

    Completed: December 8, 2014

    Price: $1.5M

    Struct-Con completed a one storey kindergarten addition of 600 square metres. This project included landscaping and civil work, including the extension of a sprinkler system.

    McKinnon Public School

    Completed: January 1, 2015

    Price: $1.8M

    The project included renovations and additions to the existing elementary school. Struct-Con completed three kindergarten classrooms, site services and asphalt work.

    Silver Creek Public School

    Completed: September 14, 2014

    Price: $1M

    The project included extensive interior renovations to classrooms throughout the school.

    St. Edward Catholic School

    Completed: January 2, 2014

    Price:

    Construction of a new, fully functioning school for the Toronto Catholic District School Board.

    St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School

    Completed: Oct. 24, 2014

    Price: $2M

    The addition and renovation for the existing school. The additions were approximately 820 square metres. They were two storey with six classrooms, support spaces and extensive interior renovations. There was also the construction of a new parking lot and student drop-off area.

    Treeline Public School

    Completed: October 4, 2012

    Price: $1M

    The construction of two kindergarten additions to the school. The school was constructed of load bearing masonry and brick veneer.

    Healthcare Facilities

    Rogue Valley Health System

    Completed: January 2, 2008

    Price: $5M

    Struct-Con contributed to the development of a state of the art assisted housing development and community health clinic agency. This included 30 units that were geared to the specific needs of the agencies patients.

    Four Villages Healthcare Facility

    Price: $2M

    Location: Toronto, ON

    Completion of extensive renovations of a warehouse to convert it into a healthcare facility. The renovation was approximately 10,000 square feet satellite.

    Regional and Municipal Projects

    Southwest Branch Library Interior Fit-Up

    Completed: December 2019

    The interior fit-up of an existing one storey corner building unit in Building C located within Lionhead Marketplace at 8275 Financial Drive in Brampton.

    McMurchy Recreation Centre

    Completed: June 2020

    Building envelope repairs, electrical and mechanical service upgrades.

    TTC - Finch Subway Station

    Completed: July 2019

    Constructed a lunchroom, change rooms, and offices within the space of the existing concourse level, and storage space at the platform level for the use of personnel performing End of Line cleaning and maintenance work.

    Toronto Council Chamber Refresh Project

    Completed: December 2018

    Accessibility upgrades to Council Chambers at 100 Queen St. W

    Halton Region Council Chambers

    Completed: December 2018

    Price: $2.8M

    Struct-Con completed the interior redevelopment and modernization of Regional Chambers of the Halton Regional Centre.

    North York Central Library

    Completed: November 2018

    Price: $13M

    Struct-Con completed extensive renovations to the library and reprogrammed space to support the delivery of new services to meet the changing needs and expectations of its users.

    Earl Bales Community Centre

    Struct-Con completed construction of a new gymnasium and state-of-good repair work to Earl Bales Community Centre.

    Peel Paramedic Thomas Station

    Completed: February 2019

    Price: $12M

    Struct -Con completed a new two-storey structure accommodating the Reporting Station and a single storey Active Response Bay structure.

    Toronto Police Phase II Interior Renovations

    Completed: August 2018

    Price: $2M

    Struct-Con completed the extensive interior renovations to the existing facility.

    Peel Regional Police Headquarters

    Completed: November 2, 2017

    Price: $9M

    The project consists of renovations to a three storey, 90,000 square foot office building with a partial basement and a new addition of a 100 square foot, four-stop hydraulic passenger elevator.

    Wolfedale Yard Redevelopment

    Completed: February 28, 2017

    Price: $13M

     

    Renovation and redevelopment at Wolfedale Yard.

    York Region Forest Stewardship and Education Centre

    Completed: Nov. 4, 2014

    Price: $3M

    The Bill Fisch Forest Stewardship and Education Centre is part of a 90-year effort to regenerate a forest that was lost in the 1800's. The structure is a single storey, rectangular form that is approximately 4,000 square feet. This project achieved LEED Platinum and the Living Building Challenge certification,

    TTC Pape Station Revitalization

    Completed: April 30, 2014

    Price: $33M

    Struct-Con completed a modernization and easier access project on TTC Pape Station.

    Markham Museum Collections Building (LEED Gold)

    Completed: November 4, 2010

    Price: $6M

    The construction of the Collections Building was approximately 18,000 square feet, with an addition parking lot. The mechanical system included ground source heating and cooling with displacement ventilation and energy recovery ventilators.

    Fire Station 324

    Completed: September 21, 2015

    Price: $2M

    Fire Station 324 was a designated heritage building, which needed to undergo extensive renovations. The scope of work included three Apparatus Bays for the fire trucks, a storage bay for equipment and a living/work area for the fire fighters.

    Housing and Wellness Facilities

    Humewood House Daycare

    Completed: August 2019

    Price: $500,000

    Struct-Con completed the expansion of the existing daycare.

    Women's Habitat

    Completed: February 22, 2016

    Price: $5M

    The work on this project consisted of extensive renovations of the kitchen and other rooms throughout the existing building.

    Sunnyside Supportive Housing and Wellness Centre

    Completed: Jan. 31, 2010

    Price: $7M

    Struct-Con completed extensive renovations on Sunnyside Supportive Housing and Wellness Centre. The block includes various sized apartments and a wellness area for the residents. This project achieved LEED Silver.

    Native Child and Family Services

    Completed: May 28, 2011

    Price: $3M

    The new Native Child and Family Services of Toronto is approximately 30,000 square foot. The former office building was renovated to house a childcare centre, health facilities and administration offices.
