McKinnon Public School

The project included renovations and additions to the existing elementary school. Struct-Con completed three kindergarten classrooms, site services and asphalt work.
Silver Creek Public School

The project included extensive interior renovations to classrooms throughout the school.
St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School

The addition and renovation for the existing school. The additions were approximately 820 square metres. They were two storey with six classrooms, support spaces and extensive interior renovations. There was also the construction of a new parking lot and student drop-off area.

Rogue Valley Health System

Struct-Con contributed to the development of a state of the art assisted housing development and community health clinic agency. This included 30 units that were geared to the specific needs of the agencies patients.

Southwest Branch Library Interior Fit-Up
Completed: December 2019
The interior fit-up of an existing one storey corner building unit in Building C located within Lionhead Marketplace at 8275 Financial Drive in Brampton.
McMurchy Recreation Centre
Completed: June 2020
Building envelope repairs, electrical and mechanical service upgrades.
TTC - Finch Subway Station
Completed: July 2019
Constructed a lunchroom, change rooms, and offices within the space of the existing concourse level, and storage space at the platform level for the use of personnel performing End of Line cleaning and maintenance work.
Toronto Council Chamber Refresh Project

North York Central Library

Struct-Con completed extensive renovations to the library and reprogrammed space to support the delivery of new services to meet the changing needs and expectations of its users.

Toronto Police Phase II Interior Renovations

Struct-Con completed the extensive interior renovations to the existing facility.
Peel Regional Police Headquarters

The project consists of renovations to a three storey, 90,000 square foot office building with a partial basement and a new addition of a 100 square foot, four-stop hydraulic passenger elevator.
Wolfedale Yard Redevelopment

York Region Forest Stewardship and Education Centre
Completed: Nov. 4, 2014
Price: $3M
The Bill Fisch Forest Stewardship and Education Centre is part of a 90-year effort to regenerate a forest that was lost in the 1800's. The structure is a single storey, rectangular form that is approximately 4,000 square feet. This project achieved LEED Platinum and the Living Building Challenge certification,
TTC Pape Station Revitalization

Struct-Con completed a modernization and easier access project on TTC Pape Station.
Markham Museum Collections Building (LEED Gold)
Completed: November 4, 2010
Price: $6M
The construction of the Collections Building was approximately 18,000 square feet, with an addition parking lot. The mechanical system included ground source heating and cooling with displacement ventilation and energy recovery ventilators.
Fire Station 324
Completed: September 21, 2015
Price: $2M
Fire Station 324 was a designated heritage building, which needed to undergo extensive renovations. The scope of work included three Apparatus Bays for the fire trucks, a storage bay for equipment and a living/work area for the fire fighters.
